Peloton 2022 Review

Square

On this final day of 2022, I look back at my Peloton accomplishments this year. I logged 12,402 minutes this year, down from 2021 after taking too long to get my at-home fitness routine groove going again after returning from Italy. But there’s 2023 to look forward to making my best year yet. Although Peloton says my membership began in September 2017, I vaguely recall signing up for a 30-day trial back then but never used the app. I didn’t buy my bike until November 2019, my birthday present to myself, so that’s when my riding stats began.

@onepeloton breaks down the 2022 stats through mid-December for #vinofabulous, my screen name.:

🧘‍♀️ 88 hours of meditation
🚴 69 hours / 1,119 miles of cycling
💪🏾 28 hours of strength
236 hours in 267 days
👣 61 miles on foot

I appreciate Peloton making these cooldown videos for its members. It’s so cool!

Thank you Peloton instructors, especially @chelsealovesyoga for the @brianeno sleep meditation session that I listen to several times a week, Tunde for arms, @robinnyc for loving hip hop from the Biggie era as much as I do, @codyrigsby for making me laugh so much that I don’t realize what a workout you’re putting me through, @alextoussaint25 for being you, @allymisslove for always smiling while kicking my butt and all the others who keep me going in my goal to stay healthy physically and mentally. Big shoutout to the Peloton community for your support and pushing me!

But it’s the shoutouts from the instructor that I always look forward to hearing.

800th ride shoutout from Tunde
