3.7 million reasons to auction off your virginity

Is a woman who auctions off her virginity to pay for college a smart businesswoman or a slut?

I ask because a 22-year-old San Diego woman is supposedly selling her virginity to the highest bidder to pay for her tuition. Bidding has skyrocketed to $3.7 million after being a measly $243,000 in September when news of this ridiculous stunt made headlines.

Natalie Dylan (not her real name) already has a degree in women’s studies but wants an advanced degree in family and marriage therapy. She was interviewed on the Howard Stern radio show and said, “We live in a capitalist society. Why shouldn’t I be allowed to capitalize on my virginity?”

She reportedly got the idea from her sister, Avia, 23, who paid for her college education by prostituting herself for three weeks, according to London’s Daily Telegraph. What a family! I’d hate to hear what the mother has done for money.

Natalie told the newspaper:

“I know that a lot of people will condemn me for this because it’s so taboo but I really don’t have a problem with that.”

“My study is completely authentic in that I truly am auctioning my virginity but I am not being sold into this. I’m not being taken advantage of in any way.

“I think me and the person I do it with will both profit greatly from the deal.”

She added: “It’s shocking that men will pay so much for someone’s virginity, which isn’t even prized so highly anymore.”

Let this be a lesson to you young girls. If you keep your legs closed you may not need to take out a loan for tuition.

This story also got me thinking, how long must a woman go without sex before she reverts to being a virgin. Just wondering…
